Below are the answers to the most frequently asked questions. I hope they will be helpful to you.
-
Do I need to enable cookie management?Yes, to access the restricted area and the Password Manager, it is necessary to consent to "Strictly Necessary", "Functional", and "Security" cookies: Cookies Policy.

What is the Master Password? The Master Password is a password you create that encrypts the passwords saved through the Password Manager.
You can configure its characteristics on this page: Settings Master Password.
Note: The Master Password is not stored on our systems, unless you use the security type: Questions & Answers. In this case (and only in this case), we will store it encrypted and decrypted, to be able to resend it to your email when needed.
It is recommended to use the "Questions & Answers" security type only if you are forgetful and afraid of forgetting the Master Password.
The choice is yours. :-) -
What is the "What?" field? The "What?" field is the title you give to your password, which helps you identify it later.
We recommend not directly writing what the password refers to, but something that reminds you of its characteristics.
For example, the password for your credit card could have "What?": The less I use it, the better. -
What does the "Visibility" field define in the Password Manager? It defines the "visibility" of the password in the on-screen list. If "not visible in list" is selected, the password will be saved in your database but will not appear in the on-screen list.

Can I get all the passwords I have saved in the Password Manager in an Excel file?Yes, but it will be sent to your email and cannot be downloaded directly.
All passwords, including those marked as "not visible in list", will be present in the Excel file. -
What types of security are available?
- Zero-knowledge
This is the most secure but also the most demanding option. The Master Password is never saved on our servers. Therefore, it cannot be recovered, and if forgotten, it will no longer be possible to manage the passwords you have saved in the Password Manager. - Questions & Answers
This type allows you to recover the Master Password in case it is forgotten. It will be saved on our servers, encrypted also through your answers, so that it can be sent to you via email by answering the questions you have chosen and configured in the "Master Password" section.
This solution is secure and suitable for the forgetful :-).
